End of Lease cleaning:

  • Prices are based on standard lived in houses highly stained blinds, high traffic marks on carpets, ceiling not included in set price(ceiling paint marks easily with most cleaning processes) rubbish throughout property, extra dirty properties (see below) however the above can be completed at addition cost. 
  • Extra dirty houses we do charge extra at the discretion of the cleaner in such cases we do not offer bond back guarantee particularly aged or damaged [properties or things that wont come off with our processes.
  • Walls are washed scrubbed and dried if this wont remove stains/marks it will need painting.
  • Extra dirty includes but not limed to the following: high amounts of grease oil in cooking areas, chewing gum stuck on floor/ cement, mold stuck in grout, oil stains driveway/ garage. Major carpet satins or wear and tear, food stuck on blinds minimal amount will be removed by wet washing.
  • Some real estate companies expect a brand new house we cannot guarantee certain wear and tear issues example if walls are washed and scrubbed most times its paint type, cheap or old paint, carpet cleaning will sometimes not remove track marks or traffic satins due to wear and tear fair trading states this is general wear and tear.
  • some marks on walls cannot be removed without removing paint we wont attempt these please note.
  • Ceilings are not included in standard packages unless booked in at extra charge
  • we do offer packages which depending on the situation which can be added to the package for example carpet cleaning, lawn mowing or Garage tidy ups.
  • For Extra dirty houses we do charge extra on the discretion of the cleaner and in such cases we do not offer bond back guarantee particularly for damaged properties.
  • No entry to property while cleaning and up until after final inspection by real estate or property manager.
  • Extra dirty includes but not limited to the following: High amounts of grease oil in cooking areas, damage to property by tenant, Chewing gum stuck to floor or cement, Mold stuck in grout, Garage / driveway oil stains, Rubbish left inside property, major stains in carpets, blinds with high amounts of stuck on dust grime, food stains, old or extra dirty, ceiling not included
  • The above items can be completed with a further quotation as we do not view properties the packages are standard lived in properties please view our inclusions on end of lease cleaning tab.

Terms for Guarantee:

  • Under no circumstances are tenants or landlords to enter the property while being cleaned due to oh&s regulations.
  • All Cleaning is fully Guaranteed to pass a real estate inspection for bond cleaning therefore the property cannot be accessed until after the real estate final inspection or the property is to be handed over as is voiding the guarantee.
  • we work with the real estate company to insure the property passes final inspection.
  • Some Real Estate Agents cannot guarantee certain wear and tear issues example if walls are washed and scrubbed most times its cheap paint, carpet cleaning sometimes will not remove track marks or heavy traffic areas due to wear and tear.
  • Ceilings are not included in our packages unless booked in at an extra cost.
  • Some marks on walls cannot be removed without removing paint we wont attempt these please note.
  • All Jobs are guaranteed up to a reasonable extent we reserve the right to not fix issues deemed wear and tear or damage or unreasonable conditions from a real estates personal opinion we follow fair trading to a tee only.

Payment Terms:

  • Payment is strictly on the day of the job unless otherwise communicated with a maximum of 7 day payment terms and may include filling out our client payment sheet and signed. (below)
  • Client Payment Sheet includes how much is being charged, services offer, forwarding address, first and last name and payment declaration and signed by the client.
  • Payment is to occur before final inspection. As all our work is guaranteed to pass inspection, we do not charge extra to carry out minor corrections as discussed with the real estate. Please be aware, this is only the case for the cleaning covered in the original agreement - any extra work will need to be negotiated.

Photos before and After:

  • All bond cleans or work over $100 may be photographed before and after if you do not wish this to occur please advise our cleaner and arrangements will be made.

Late Payment Terms:

  • A Late payment fee of $50.00 will be charged for payments of all Bond cleans if not paid on the day of job or other arrangements made.

Reasonable Extent:

  • All jobs are guaranteed up to a reasonable extent we reserve the right to not fix issues deemed wear and tear or damage or unreasonable expectations conditions from the real estates personal opinion we follow only fair trading guidelines.
  • Properties will be left in a reasonable condition to be rented/ sold if property managers  or real estates are deemed being unreasonable and demanding things not included in fair trading guidelines will not be refunded however we will rectify things that are deemed reasonable.
